STORIS interview questions

The process was extremely efficient. I applied online and was contacted by HR. The entire interview process took 3 weeks. However, the final decision took an additional 3 weeks, and HR gave me ridiculous reasons for rejecting me, saying they found someone who was only SLIGHTLY better fit for the role. If that's the case, why didn't they consider hiring me for a lower level position? It's likely because I'm a visa holder. I swear I was the best fit for the role. I was able to code multiple solutions for each question, and the interviewer loved it. But HR kept waiting until my visa expired and continued giving me false hope, which I find absolutely unacceptable. If you're a visa holder, don't waste your time here. No matter what, they won't hire you.

Extremely efficient process. I was contacted by a friendly person, set up for an interview right away and had a most pleasant experience at the interview. I met with 3 people, all were professional and considerate throughout the process.
