Phone Screening - pretty simple, just asking what your experience is and what you are looking for in a company
First Interview- Panel style interview focused mostly on examples of how you'd handle challenges in the past, how you adjust to change, nothing really technical.
Final interview- met with the director which was more like a meet and greet. Then was informed that I had gotten the job and they were just putting my offer letter through the approval process.
Offer Letter- This did take a while but it was during the beginning of Covid times so there were a lot of unknowns. The HR rep stayed in constant communication with me and gave updates anytime I requested them!

I find it best to use the STAR method for answer questions!
