Easy, Applied to the inquiry on their website and was then invited to in person. Group interview initially, then broken into one-on-ones. Interview was quick and lasted about 20 mins. Cheery attitudes help.

Interview process consisted of (3) rounds of interviews. I met with the owner in the first interview, and then the direct report in the second interview, and then the owner and team in the final interview. It was a great experience to fully understand the brand and what the business was looking for in particular.
