STAEDEAN interview questions

This was a disappointing interview experience! At the start, there were technical issues with the interviewer’s camera, and there was limited communication about what was happening, which led to a delayed and somewhat unclear beginning. This can of course happen, but the communication was very off from the start. During the interview, the format felt very one-sided, with a series of rapid questions and no follow-up or interaction. This made it difficult to have a meaningful conversation or fully demonstrate my experience. Overall, the interaction felt impersonal and disengaged, which left a negative impression of the process. I believe a more structured and communicative approach would significantly improve the candidate experience.

Breve video call di 15/20 minuti, l'interviewer parlava in un inglese rapidissimo e con accento difficile da capire. Un colloquio davvero poco interessante, per entrambe le parti credo. Attualmente sono già impiegato in un'azienda. Mi aspettavo un colloquio dove ci fosse più attenzione nel descrivere STAEDEAN, cosa fa, quali sono i suoi clienti, invece c'è stata solo una breve presentazione, poco chiara,. Ammetto che forse il mio inglese non è a livelli alti, ma non ho mai avuto problemi di questo genere
