I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at STA International in Aug 2025
Interview
Started by introducing the business, about their goals and benefits to employees. Moved on to normal interview questions. Started asking very technical litigation questions which I had not prepared for. Clearly had not read my CV and wondering how I got an interview in the first place. Interviewer kept pressing knowing I was fumbling the answers. Interview should have ended here really, but continued and asked about salary and notice period. Asked nothing about my skills or competency only cared about experience.

There were two steps to the process. The first was a meeting with the outside accounting firm to determine my knowledge and skills. The second involved a link to a website that utilizes analytics to assess my personality for compatibility with the company's culture and climate.
