Candidates apply through a job posting in the Straits Times Classifieds. Those shortlisted are offered a second interview at the company premises where they will undergo a short hand-written exam to test basic work-related knowledge.

Briefing in briefing room (1 hr) followed by and essay test on safety features in the hangar (30 mins). After that, interviewed by the technical team. There will be a huge number of people, so depending on your luck, your wait for your interview would vary.
