HR interview and then several panel interviews over 2 days. The panel interviews were organized and thoroughly communicated via email and phone calls. The interviewees were prepared and inviting. Each was followed by a discussion with my new boss.

Phone screening, first interview went smoothly. After that, the process slowed down considerably. That said, the first interview was shortly before Thanksgiving and I’m sure the holiday season was a factor.
