SSCS interview questions

I was first screened over the phone and then asked to come in for an interview. The first walked through scenarios and answered specific agile/scrum questions. There was a panel of interviewers that asked regarding business background, team management, methods of presenting findings and so on. The second was a scenario detailing how I'd talk to a user and create user stories from their concerns.

Submitted a resume and completed a phone screening. Then I interviewed in person in Salinas . Interviews were with human resources manager then with the department manager then they brought in the Vice President and we did a panel interview.
