I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at SQAsquared (Los Alamitos, CA) in May 2023
Interview
First interview was by phone and done by some kid. It felt like they wanted to sell you on their company more than they cared about your skills. Second interview was by zoom with a senior engineer. He again tried to sell the company. When I asked what the position entailed because it seemed like he was nervous I wouldn't like it and would leave within 6 months, he struggled to describe it at all. It was weird. He did give me a programming test, but it was more of a demonstration of QA concepts (like test cases) than an evaluation.
