First interview was with the CEO - at the end of the interview he invited me to meet him in person at their office. When I showed up to our scheduled meeting he seemed to forget who I was and that we had a meeting. There was no reception, and nobody expected me.
I did not receive communication afterwards.

The interview process involved many conversations and moved at a pretty fast pace. There were multiple touchpoints along the way, and while things progressed quickly, the overall experience felt energizing, dynamic, and very positive.

The conversations were engaging and felt genuinely curious rather than scripted, which added to the positive, fast-paced feel of the process.
