i worked for the owners father earlier so it pretty easy. They called me and wanted me to be a head tecnician. They knew my background. They wanted to know if i was interested in running the back shop and i said yes in time. They then took me out to dinner and we discussed where the company was going and would i be willing to get them to next level. We then thought about it and they contacted me with an offer and i accepted
