I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at SPAN (Bengaluru) in Feb 2026
Interview
Had initial round of interview with a HR and second round with engineering lead an after that i had my third round of interview with head of IT and post that they took 3 weeks to provide the update and confirmation on my candidature. It was not a pleasant and professional feeing where i had to wait for 3 weeks for confirmation. After multiple calls and follow up they provided this feedback otherwise I don’t think that they are bothered about it. Such a waste of time and effort.

Question 1
Normal GRC based questions and compliance related on hands experience.
SPAN tied up with Zinnov for recruitment in India. Zinnov's communication was poor at best. Unprofessional questions unrelated to the position were asked off me, including soliciting help in referrals to fill other roles. A SPAN, the interviewers weren't available on time in >80% of the rounds. A very senior leader of SPAN at the India office exhibited very poor listening skills and was constantly interrupting my responses. After the interview rounds, I was ghosted. The interview experience was a energy drain. I'll never interview with them nor recommend any candidate to them.

Question 1
If I asked you to completely implement everything we do at SPAN, how would you do it?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at SPAN (Erode) in Jun 2025
Interview
Very GoodI really enjoyed the front-end interview experience and felt it gave me a strong opportunity to demonstrate my skills. I was able to showcase my knowledge of modern JavaScript (ES6+), React, and CSS, while also applying best practices in writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code. I particularly appreciated the problem-solving portion, where I could explain my thought process clearly and highlight how I approach building scalable and accessible interfaces.
