Interview
1st rd- written test & HR interview, basically language tests.
2nd rd- group discussion, a question with time limit for discussion and presentation.
3rd rd-HR manager, some open ended questions, like previous experiences, express your personality with numbers.
Need to complete written test, and create a proposal for marketing campaign (promotion, including budget, timeline, resource and progress), share past experience, university, strength and weakness, and knowledge about the company,
