only interviewee with partners. It was very straightforward. All fit questions. No technical questions. No associates were on the interviews, which makes sense since the partners will be giving work.
It was very swift and smooth, went very well. They were very professional and asked only questions related to my field . It was two tier interview the HR round was basic background check
