Normal process like other companies 1. Initially call with HR 2. Technical round 3. Practical round If above round is clear then final discussion with CTO. I cleared all round and discussion is also done with CTO. But after that they offer me less salary according to discussed with HR initially and i clearly told it's not negotiable. If you do not want to pay then why are you wasting candidate time and effort.
