Entrevista dinâmica feita com gerente comercial, diretor operacional e encarregada operacional. Fui bem recebido pessoas educadas porém demoraram no retorno da entrevista, se havia sido aprovado ou nao. Depois de umas duas semanas me retornaram, foram educados e cordiais.

1 phone screening, 1 1 hour cultural/behavioral, 1 1 hour technical.
In the technical they asked a lot of questions about past projects I had worked, on the details of the architecture of those projects, what I knew about different programming concepts and paradigms.

Question 1
Why did you choose to use RESTful APIs for communication between microservice X and microservice Y?
The recruiter reached out to me to for teams meeting. She was bubbly and excited for me to interview with team. When I met the team, I sensed a different type of vibe. The hiring manager and team lead were not friendly, especially the big heavy set team lead. She had to force a smile . Their energy was negative and could tell they were not open to having an African American on their team. What I don’t appreciate is they lied on me. The recruiter said they said my answers didn’t make sense. I’ve done practically every aspect of Accounts Payable and can speak to my experience , their minds were made up when they laid eyes on me. It’s for the best for me as this position salary is extremely lower than my worth.
