El proceso consistió en una primera entrevista por teléfono, una segunda entrevista presencial y estaba previsto una tercera entrevista. Todas fueron correctas, pero rechazaron la candidatura porque pedían 10 años de experiencia en el puesto y contaba con 8 años (algo que se sabía desde el inicio). Pregunté si habían vías de promoción interna y, al parecer, no es lo habitual, pero que es algo que se puede valorar con recursos humanos

Interview
Cool and friendly interviewers. It was a great learning experience. First round being technical round and second round being testing tools like AutoCAD and inventor. Last round was HR round with behavioral questions. Overall process was good.

1st round : Technical written with questions more inclined towards GD&T ( tolerances, fits and LMC, MMC), welding symbols, isometric views and design of drive assemby

Interview
sehr strukturiert und insgesamt 4 verschiedene Personen getroffen, vom Kollegen auf gleicher Stufe bis zum Top-Management, faire Gesprächsführung und offener Austausch, haben sich nicht gescheut unschöne Sachen anzusprechen, haben die Aufgabe gut beschrieben und Lücken im CV gut hinterfragt, ich fand es sehr angenehm und habe dementsprechend das Angebot akzeptiert.
