Interview
The first round was an online test. The second round was assessment center with a written test and case study group discussion. The final interview was with the senior management from different departments. Overall it was a simple interview with basic competency based questions.

Interview
Three Rounds: Online Assessment, Assessment Center and Panel Interview.
First round is straightforward and is similar to online assessments used by other companies.
Assessment Center includes technical questions about rail engineering, case study about SMRT and a presentation about a proposal to improve SMRT.
Panel Interview is with 2 Engineering Managers and 1 Senior HR. They interview groups of 2 to 3 interviewees at once.

A quite technical 30 min written test followed by a 30 min individual case study followed by a 1 hour group case study and presentation. 6 candidates in a group, interviewed by one from HR and one from Technical department
