I got the phone call interview through head hunter. after profile shortlisting they called me for onsite interview. interview was schedule for 2 hours with technical panel. There are Technical manager + HR person + Software eningeers are there to screen my skills.

Normal Questions what you mentioned in CV. I got the call from HeadHunter. Need to explain most of the relevant projects. There was a panel of 7 technical + HR person.
