Forty Minute Driving assesment, checking that my driving style was suitable to be driving their clients vehicles, during the assesment I was questions about my previous work history and I was able to ask questions about the role requirements

There is no interview, just provide your driving license and drive a bloke round the block and the jobs yours as long as you are willing to work 16hrs a day for £85. If not and you ask for more then the next batch of naive recruits will take your work!!!
