The interview for the Marketing Manager role was one of the most impersonal I’ve had. From the start, there was no real introduction—just a list of generic questions. The interviewer had a video or show playing in the background, which was accidentally unmuted at one point, making it clear that the process wasn’t being taken seriously.
When I asked about the day-to-day responsibilities, the interviewer couldn’t provide much insight beyond, “the team is very driven, and the culture is great.” There was little to no discussion about the actual role, expectations, or strategy.
I was told I’d hear back, and I did—but it was an obviously automated rejection email that felt like a complete afterthought.
