The interview process began with a series of web-based interviews with senior leadership, including an interview with the CEO and COO. The process then shifted to an extensive web-based application process that included a personality assessment and detailed information about previous projects and programs for which I was responsible during my career. The interviews were very cordial with no attempt by the company leadership to induce stress. Completing the actions in the web-based system took a significant amount of time. The entire process took approximately a month.
