Interview
Initial Skype interview. One of the worst interview experiences I've ever had - to start with, the interviewer made it near impossible to agree an interview time that was actually convenient so things dragged. The interviewer appeared sour, utterly miserable and bored by the interview process, so much so, I will never interview with them again and wouldn't recommend anyone bother applying with them either. A bad experience (very similar to the QA interview below).

Interview
Laid-back conversation about the company and technology stack. We discussed the role and advancement opportunities. We discussed my background and what I could bring to the company. There was no "technical" portion as such.

Interview
This is for a junior position in Client Facing department. You go through 2 interviews. Once you pass the first one, they will arrange for the second one relatively quickly.

Code test - Some easy bug fix questions. Doable in around 20 minutes. You will sit by yourself with no one watching over your shoulders
