Got referred. Was interviewed by a person from HR and someone from the finance team . Was asked basic behavioural questions . Got the job then a week or two before starting they resented offer with vague reasoning .

It is a behavioral interview. They ask you to describe yourself. They ask about the leadership skills you have learned and gained throughout your coursework. They ask you about the academic projects you have worked on as well.
