Interview
This is a two step process. First, I spoke with one of the company's recruiter over the phone for a pre-screen. This is often used as a baseline to ensure the potential candidate may actually be a good fit for the role. The next step was to prepare for a case study example to display critical thinking during a virtual interview with a panel of managers. For other roles a presentation may be required vs a case study response.

2 entretiens en visio.L’un avec la chargée de recrutement basée à Kuala Lumpur et le 2eme avec mon futur n+1 et n+2. Puis une offre de contrat VIE. Le processus a été un peu long mais s’est globalement bien déroulé.

The process is amazing! They'll invest their time into you if you're willing to invest your time into them. They have an all-day type of interview day which starts with a candidate presentation, next case study, and then two-panel (30 min) interviews.
