Applied on the website. I was called a few days later and did a brief phone interview. My previous work was reviewed online before I came in. I met with the head of Marketing and described my experiences with customers, marketing and creative endeavors. Then met with CEO to talk about a common vision for my position. Afterwards, spoke with company a few times over the phone.
