They shared more about the responsibilities of the permanent position, what to expect in terms of benefits, and the potential for career development. It felt more like a two-way conversation than a traditional interview — more about making sure we were aligned on expectations and that I was happy with the direction things were heading. Overall, it was a smooth and positive experience.
