The entire process was very quick from start to finish. I received a call from the Regional Property Manager on a Monday, she did a quick 5 minute phone screening and then set up an in person interview for the same week, on Thursday. Management was wonderful to speak with. Very conversational and to the point. An online test was required. One on One interview and test too approx. 90 minutes to complete. So plan for 2 hours.
