Throughout the interview, it was nothing short of amazing. My first interaction was with Lindsey Lipa and she did a fantastic job of explaining of what is expected within the role. Also she was more than accommodating throughout the process. It was not an easy feat going through the process because there are always external factors that delay the process, such as applying to positions at the tail end. Even so, another TA specialist had made sure I was heard. Her name is Brittany Hoodja, another fantastic and empathetic TA that has updated me every step in and ensuring my success at SHI. I greatly appreciate both Lindsey and Brittany for the transparency and the guidance on making it through all the steps.
