SHAY Jewelry interview questions

I interviewed here for a wholesale/ecommerce position with several years of experience from a reputable jewelry company. As soon as I arrived (5 minutes early and dressed to the nines), I received an icy reception from one of the owners (the mom). She would not look at me the instant I walked in and barely looked up from her phone during my interview. I am sensitive to vibes of others and knew that I wouldn’t be a good fit given my interaction with her but nonetheless soldiered on with the interview, hoping it would shift—it did not. They ghosted me, which told me what I needed to know about the professionalism of the company. Not a surprise months later they are still looking for the “right fit” for the role. I came out of a toxic work environment and can spot it instantly. Don’t waste your time.
