Quick phone call to schedule an in-person interview. Very friendly interview, somewhat casual. You will be asked situational questions and about your ability to operate or fix certain commonly used tools and machinery. You will be asked how your past experience makes you a best fit for the position.

Q: are you able to fix the engine belt on a mower if it breaks?
Q: what is your knowledge of spraying and fertilizing equipment?
Q: would you be able to replace a crew member in case one of them doesn't show up for work (i.e. drive the truck, ride the mower)?
