I applied online. I interviewed at SFI Allegro (Notting Hill) in Oct 2024
Interview
After an on-site interview, all you receive is a generic rejection email with no feedback.
The company seems arrogant. On their job description, one of the listed benefits is 'working with our modern cloud software solution.' Seriously, how is that even a benefit?
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at SFI Allegro (Melbourne) in Nov 2021
Interview
Didn't actually interview. Too many red flags from the initial call.
Company expects everyone to be full time back in office despite the current government recommendations of "If you can work from home, you should do so" and despite the fact everyone's already been working from home for the last two years due to Covid and lockdown.
I live 2 hrs drive (excluding traffic) from their office. If I got the role, they would have expected me to commute that daily. Its a pretty unreasonable expectation and honestly, quite dangerous.
Looks like the people running this company are either super micromanage-y or just want to oversee every second of their staff workday, whip in hand.
Would not recommend, until they decide to join the rest of us in 2021 and allow flexible work arrangements.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked less questions about what I did in my current job and more about my ability to get to the office every day.
