Interview
It seemed odd. The manager asked me to go to their office for an interview. When I went there, they didn't appear. They interviewed me via phone. At the end, the manager came in and didn't say anything.

Interview
Was called regarding a coordinator role, based on my experience they wanted to convert it to a combined role which I ultimately declined. Three calls before the in person interview, then two weeks on negotiating the offer. The in person meeting for just the manager role, which I applied to and the salary was not listed, and offer where the terms we agreed on weren’t documented in the contract as basic time off or compensation we agreed on. Didn’t follow local and national regulations and based on the amount of work and timelines that would not be adjusted on, and other glassdoor reviews, I made the decision to decline the offer. Frankly if they were to grow at the rate they wanted to right now they would self destruct because they don’t have the infrastructure in place to succeed which includes the trained staff. Interviews conducted remotely by phone were difficult to understand, once I asked to have the phone conversation without them driving it for better, and it was very much a situation of lack of transparency in the contract that wouldn’t make it compatible for any new or seasoned employee.

Interview
It was literally a 4.5 minute phone screener that lead to ghosting from the recruiter. I didn't really have much expectations from the start because they sent me a cold text message at 7:30 PM in the evening to ask about my availability for a phone screen the next day. I found that mildly irritating that they would contact me after work, and by text message too.
The next day the person doing the phone screening was inpatient and jumpy. I could tell she just wanted to check off a bunch of boxes just to say that she screened everyone. On the surface she tried to seem accommodating by letting me ask questions, but she just provided abrupt answers to every one of them. Finally she asked what my expected salary would be and explained she would report back to the hiring manager and would call me later in the afternoon. She never did. And if I were to guess it was because they didn't want to pay a reasonable salary to someone who has years of experience and an advanced degree.
To anyone reading this, don't let these clowns low-ball you. Not worth your time.
