      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at SES (Philadelphia, PA) in Apr 2018

      Interview

Initial five-minute screening interview followed by a second interview that same day where managers in training take you out for coffee. Seemed like a friendly work environment, but they are very vague about what exactly the job entails. They claim it is not door to door sales, but essentially it is.

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at SES (Philadelphia, PA) in Jun 2018

      Interview

Got contacted by a recruiter about the position and scheduled a phone screening that lasted approx. 8-10 minutes. At the end of the phone screening I was invited to a 1:1 interview at their headquarters in East Falls. The interview took 1 hour and I was contacted by the end of the day about the hiring decision. It is a door to door sales job, 100% commission based pay structure.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

When I initially walked into the interview there were a few other candidates in the lobby being having an open conversation. At the end of the interview I was asked about the conversations we had, and what made me stand out from the other candidates that I met.

      Interview

Interview process was laid-back and felt informal. My interview was at a Starbucks and was very easy going. They didn't make you feel up tight, and questions were not hard or tricky.
