It was very simple and there was a general profile discussion and then a discussion on my skills. BTW the role was quite different to what was proposed to me during the interview. The tile was the same but the role was quite different. And its not just with me. It happens quite a lot here.

Interview
There were 2 telephonic discussions followed by an assignment and finally a face-to-face round
It's been 2months I've not heard ANYTHING from them. When you meet a person please have the basic courtesy of telling them a "no". We all understand there can be several reasons why you reject a candidate. It shows lowly on the professionalism of the organisation.
