I interviewed with Dawn who was also my direct report. The experience was pretty light and straight to the point.
We focused on my experience. Spoke about my long term and short term goals... Interview lasted about an hour.

It was very laid back, and the questions asked were what you would expect - mostly about past experience. I interviewed with the person I would be working with and with the VP of the department.
