      Industrial Mechanic Interview

      4 May 2015
      Anonymous employee
      York, PA
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at SEETECH Systems (York, PA) in Mar 2015

      Interview

Pretty straight forward process. I was asked general screening questions, very professional. The HR Guy was legit. Shared plenty of information, asked a lot of simple questions, gave a tour of the site, and made the entire process very relaxed. I came directly from work and was dirty and apologized. The HR guy waived it off and said “we work here too, and I appreciate that I can see you are a hard worker as well”.

      Question 1

After a tour a a description of the job and the challenges I was asked, "In 90 days, what impact will you have on the company and how will you better our processes as you understand them"?
