Interview was done over the phone as I was living abroad at the time. I had sent an email before that forwarding my CV to them after which they invited me to give an interview in person but I was unable to fly to Ireland for that

Very casual and relaxed, I met with the people in the office, had an informal interview and they explained how the school worked. I was made feel welcomed by everyone and shown around.
