Phone call screening followed by a Zoom. Was asked a list of standard questions that apparently every interviewer is asked. The Zoom had around 5 or 6 folks on it from the team.
Took about two weeks to hear from them after applying online through USAJOBS. Assistant contacted me via email to schedule. Everyone on the panel was very nice and welcoming. The interview was conducted over video call.

zoom interviews with two attorneys, very much a conversation asking about my background and why i want to work for the sec, if i was willing to relocate and take a lower pay
General questions about experience, training, and legal skills. Reviewed resume and asked about particular case studies. In depth legal analysis. Questions about litigation process. Questions about management experience, both dealing with junior attorneys and senior partners. General questions about federal / admin law.
