3 Interviews - first a phone screen just to learn basics/culture-fit, then a skill-based test to determine English skills, then follow up in-person with your supervisor and manager of English department
No interview. It was a three-hour test of English language and computer capabilities. The last part provided a sample subtitle exercise that you were given instructions on how to complete.
