I was referred to Taproom by a friend who gave me a tip that they were going to be hiring. I went into the Taproom one day and taked to a day shift manager. He told me to apply online, so I went to the hiring website and applied. After applying online, I went back in an talked to the GM and owner. They hired me on the spot with no interview.
