Got a screening call and then scheduled for a group interview on zoom.
Had two people doing the interview with three candidates.
It was in 3 stages. I was interviewed with another candidate and moved to a sub-room with one interviewee, and then the second interviewee. We were then moved to the general zoom room and given a group task to perform.

Taken by people with no interview experience. If you get an interview they will hire you as they are that desperate due to attrition. The process was very informal and unprofessional, interviewers were nervous, they don’t know what they are looking for aside from a pulse
