      Solutions Architect Interview

      6 Oct 2022
      Anonymous interview candidate
Slough, Berkshire, South East England, England
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at SCC (Slough, Berkshire, South East England, England)

      Interview

Poor interview process, takes 2-3 weeks for the feedback even for the initial calls. Anyway they asked me to do a presentation for the final stage and I spent literally 3 hours in the office and it was a good 2 way conversation and I had full positive vibes that I will get the job because they said they are expanding team and need to more people to share work load. First of all they took a week to give me feedback and then I got to know it’s a yes and they are working on drafting my offer letter. And guess what after taking another week then I got to know that the position is no longer available because they didn’t get APPROVAL for the offer. What a ridiculous long process is this. My only question is do you not get APPROVAL before posting the job in the market??? If you really liked the candidate can you not put the position on hold so you can reach out to same person again and make an offer? I didn’t receive no constructive feedback because of this unprofessional excuse they made and wasted my time and energy. I would not recommend this company at all!!!

      Bracknell, England
      Accepted offer
      Neutral experience

      Application

I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at SCC (Bracknell, England) in Oct 2017

      Interview

Fair and straightforward as SCC had purchased Kavanagh, the company that I was working for. There were conversations to work out which roles to move people towards. I was Head of Technical Consultancy and moved into a resourcing role for a period before moving into an IC role.
