Five rounds of interviews, including a phone screen, which seemed a little excessive for a non-managerial position. The job description advertised did not match the job duties described during the interviews. Questions seemed a bit random, especially the final interview, and did not provide an opportunity to show my strengths. In the end, I was not even contacted regarding their hiring decision, which is very inconsiderate after the amount of time that I spent interviewing. I would not want to work for an organization that treats applicants that way.
