I received a phone call about 1 week after applying. I was shortlisted for an interwiev at their Capannori (Italy) plant with the HR Manager and the person in charge of E&Q for that plant. STAR interview with no difficult questions. They seemed to be interested in my previous work experiences, especially in those related to the internship I applied to. The interview was enjoyable and straightforward.
