Pretty easy.l never actually had a interview. I met the supervisor at my install and he offered me a job. I came in the following Monday and completed paperwork. went to cable college a few weeks later.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at SC360 (Markham, ON) in Sept 2014
Interview
I was professionally interviewed by two Management officials and was satisfied with the process. It was done by a two tier process and both times it was done professional. I received a call in two days after they contacted my references and was given the job offer
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at SC360 (Barrie, ON) in Aug 2016
Interview
They will hire anyone. Just show up on time for the interview - don't swear, and they will hire you. They mass hire knowing everyone will quit shortly once they see how horribly Rogers treats everyone. The management at SC360 is actually pretty cool - although horribly disorganized and poor communication is rampant. My interview was fairly casual but she asked some relevant questions and she was professional. Typical things like "Why do you want to work here, why do you want to leave where you are working"... nothing spectacular but they were relevant questions. I just didn't want to commute 3 hours every day for work anymore.

- Why do you want to work here?
- Sometimes you will come across an aggravated/upset customer, how will you deal with this?
