The recruiter from sgsco was very unprofessional when she arranged meetings to discuss my background she would interrupt me changing the subject to the context of the next scheduled meeting asking about salary requirements and other work conditions and constantly repeating the same conditions that were in the JD or previously announced and agreed upon.
She strung me along for 2 months and was not able to iron out the conditions of the position and in the meantime the position was cancelled (undoubtedly because of her failure to make a viable organized solution proposal).
The recruiter was not clear about the job content throughout the process even thou she seemed to have written/uploaded the content to indeed.com herself.

Primer entrevista online con RRHH, segunda entrevista presencial con el hiring manager. De haber avanzado en el proceso, me anticiparon que habían tres instancias más. Te dan un panorama muy claro de las responsabilidades de la posición y se nota que son un equipo de trabajo muy organizado.

They lead you on for 3-4 months until they then tell you not interested. I had 2 sets of interviews on site. One set- I was told that I was overqualified- the 2nd set-I was told that I ddi not use good examples- no hire.

Not a defined process. Use a situational interview process. Easy interview. It is all about if they like you-- fit. For a person with a diverse background- this is not the company for you-- they want your face- not your experience.
