Easy and laid back. Felt like two colleagues communicating and connecting about a shared mission instead of “what do you do in difficult situations” questions. There was not a lot of back and forth regarding negotiations.

Brief interview by phone. Hiring process is somewhat lengthy but the actual interview and offer took place after one phone call. The interview was mostly explaining the company values and expectations.
