The interview process is extensive. A group discussion among the candidates followed by a grilling 10-15 min session of personal interview. Although the interview is short they ask you pretty much everything they need to know. From your personal background to academics to banking and economy. I suggest you to be consistent with current affairs and have a thorough understanding of the subjects of your academic background
