SBFC interview questions

I did not have a great experience with the interview process as i attended a walk-in interview for initial round which was conducted by the HR and i was shortlisted, and called up for interview(technical) the next day. The next day they called up multiple candidates to their Thane branch in Mumbai after spending almost one hour waiting for the scheduled interview. HR informed the interviewer is busy and would any of us go to head office(Andheri) on the same day itself within an hour. All of the candidates went and reached the head office. And an interview was conducted as a mere formality. Interview ended within a minute.

The overall interview process was smooth, well-structured, and transparent. The communication at every stage was prompt, and the panel made the experience comfortable and engaging. Timely communication at each stage added to the overall positive impression.
